Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Telecommuting Nurse Consultants Director.

Must be able to:

  • Provide guidance, support and supervision to the Nurse Consultants within assigned region
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, orientation and ongoing mentoring of the Nurse Consultants
  • Manage workload distribution among the Nurse Consultants

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Extensive travel (approximately 30%) is required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a managerial, supervisory or administrative role
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Professional knowledge and expertise in nurse home visiting of pregnant women and their families
  • Professional knowledge and expertise in the practice of motivational interviewing
