A healthcare cost containment solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommuting Nurse Review Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing secondary abstractions for quality assurance activities
- Acting as an escalation point for teams
- Recruiting, providing performance management, and overseeing non-exempt staff
Position Requirements Include:
- May be required to travel at least 3-5% of time based on business needs
- 10+ year's clinical experience with 7+ year's utilization review experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required
- Customer service and/or provider relations experience required
