Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Telecommuting OCM Lead Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Initiate stakeholder workshops and take part in other key project team meetings
- Develop thorough stakeholder, change impact and training needs analysis
- Serve as an active project team member
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Work from home with 25-50% travel
- Four-year degree in Business, Communication, English or other Communication-related field
- Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, concise communication and training materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous organizational change management experience (at least 5 years)
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and O365
