Job Summary
An investigations company is in need of a Telecommuting Office of Personnel Management Field Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing functional areas or department account leads on small to medium sized accounts
- Managing and approving expenditures for accounts in line with the established policies and procedures
- Training and evaluating employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel around geographic region to conduct on site inspections
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Successfully pass an OPM background investigation
- Good project management. analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Good leadership, organizational and communication skills
