Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Oncology Clinical Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing compliance to the monitoring strategy agreed with the Sponsor and outlined within the budget
• Being responsible for team member clinical/site management study deliverables
• Driving and managing the clinical and site management aspects of assigned study

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to attend, face to face, routine sponsor meetings as needed
• Must have valid, current driver's license and ability to secure corporate credit card
• Moderate independent field monitoring experience
• BA/BS degree in the healthcare care field or nursing degree, or equivalent combined education and experience
• Minimal lead monitoring or comparable supervisory experience
• Extensive understanding of SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), FDA, and local regulations as well as ICH GCP guidelines, and an advanced understanding and application of applicable therapeutic standards
