A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Organizational Development Consultant in the Gulf Coast Region.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the in-market delivery of OD&L initiatives
  • Diagnosing organizational, operational and performance based issues and opportunities
  • Recommending and implementing interventions to support changing business needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors level degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • Three years of experience in Organizational Development
  • Self-directed, pro-active, results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of applications
