Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Outreach Specialist in Santa Clara.
Must be able to:
- Respond to telephone, written, and in-person inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues regarding benefits, services and policies
- Support and promote State Sponsored Programs through participation in community events
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel throughout Santa Clara
- HS Diploma
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Comprehends the various cultural and linguistic needs of the Medicaid population
- Knowledge of the various health and social services available in the assigned region
- Ability to work professionally with the company's associates, community-based organizations, providers and plan members
