An IP boutique is filling a position for a Telecommuting Patent Attorney Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and/or prosecuting patent applications
• Completing any other assigned tasks

Required Skills:

• Have excellent writing skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
• Have 3+ years of recent preparation or prosecution experience
• Can get going quickly with minimal training
• Have a great eye for detail
