A company that provides management services has a current position open for a Telecommuting Patient Account Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to patients via telephone
• Perform all aspects of patient and guarantor invoicing
• Prepare accounts for collections

Required Skills:

• A willingness to travel
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with data entry
• Knowledge of how to read an explanation of benefits
• Knowledge of medical billing process and collection practices
