Job Summary

A healthcare solutions organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Patient Experience Advisor in the Eastern Region.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions
  • Identifying the appropriate owner and stakeholders within the client organization
  • Guiding and obtaining support from client leadership to achieve targeted improvements in patient experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be onsite approximately 35% of the time, as well as, travel to client sites
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • 5 - 8 years of healthcare experience
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills and ability to demonstrate value to various key account contacts
  • Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
