Job Summary
A healthcare solutions organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Patient Experience Advisor in the Eastern Region.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions
- Identifying the appropriate owner and stakeholders within the client organization
- Guiding and obtaining support from client leadership to achieve targeted improvements in patient experience
Qualifications Include:
- Must be onsite approximately 35% of the time, as well as, travel to client sites
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- 5 - 8 years of healthcare experience
- Excellent strategic thinking skills and ability to demonstrate value to various key account contacts
- Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
