Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Patient Experience Improvement Service Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing rapport and credibility and maintaining relationships with key contacts
- Identifying the appropriate owner and stakeholders within the client organization for improving the patient experience
- Guiding and obtaining support from client leadership to achieve targeted improvements in patient experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Conducts virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions for clients and be onsite approximately 35% of the time
- Demonstrated interviewing and consulting skills
- Demonstrated achievement of quality management and patient process improvement in a healthcare setting
- 5 - 8 years of healthcare experience
- Excellent strategic thinking skills and ability to demonstrate value to various key account contacts
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
