Job Summary
An insurance agency has a current position open for a Telecommuting Payer Client Manager in Eden Prairie.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining accurate and current client plan in CRM System
- Developing and refineing client strategy by participating in due diligence, scoping, and design sessions
- Partnering with Client Executive and key business stakeholders to establish and execute on a strategic client plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 50% at times
- Demonstrated ability to message, position, and present information for maximum customer impact and influence
- 5 years' experience working with senior - level c - suite executives
- Background in Medical Benefit Management or similar services
- Excellent negotiation / influence, collaboration, and listening skills
- Proven ability to consult with clients to meet their business objectives
