Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommuting Payer Services Client Services Manager in Eden Prairie.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
• Building relationships with employer / group clients
• Reviewing the work of others

Qualifications Include:

• Travel 25% of time. Acts as outward - facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts
• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma with 5 years of substituted experience with Client Management
• 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
• 3 years of experience with client services related to Healthcare
• 3 years of experience working in a highly matrixed organization
• 3 years Account Management Experience (maintaining accounts with client building relationship experience)
