Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Peer Recovery Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct routine monitoring of client experience through standardized and proprietary assessments
• Provide peer recovery support based on an established treatment plan via telephone/video conference
• Assist in guiding the patient to community and health plan directed resources

Position Requirements Include:

• Certified or eligible for certification as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist
• Minimum of one (1) years' experience working with substance use disorder, mental health or recovery work setting
• Must have you have 3 years of continuous sobriety from drugs and alcohol
• Must actively be working a program of recovery related to your history of substance use
• Maintaining a lifestyle that promotes continued mental, physical and spiritual health and healthy interpersonal relationships
• Must have computer skills
