Job Summary
A computer security service provider has an open position for a Telecommuting Penetration Tester.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences
- Conducting hands-on penetration testing beyond automated tool validation
- Communicating findings and strategy to client stakeholders and technical staff.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires occasional travel to the client site
- Experience with at least one of the following: Java, Javascipt, Perl, Python, Ruby, Bash, C or C++, C#, PHP, SQL
- In depth knowledge of Burp Suite Pro and Kali Linux tools relevant to penetration testing
- 5 years of experience performing hands on Web application security testing, network penetration testing, network vulnerability assessments
- Experience with wireless LAN security
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
