Qualifications for this position include:
- Masters or PhD in Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Psychology, Management/Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related fields (Economics, Statistics), or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in research methodology and multivariate statistical analysis
- Advanced working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, R or other statistical analysis software
- Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development
- Demonstrated consulting skills
