Job Summary

A business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting People Science Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping customers design business-relevant and easy-to-use ongoing conversation and feedback programs
• Writing and presenting findings to clients and prospects
• Coaching client HR, leaders, and managers on how best to understand and use feedback

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• You are willing to travel 25-50%
• You have at least 5 years experience consulting internally or externally in the employee engagement industry
• Masters or Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field
