Job Summary

A publishing company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Performance Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Retaining assigned client accounts in line with goals
  • Managing engagements across assigned client base in line with daily goals
  • Conducting phone engagements to ensure company product(s) are configured to customer processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 5 % of the Time
  • Ability to clearly and effectively discuss technical issues with non-technical customer personnel
  • Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of company product(s)
  • At least 3 years Automotive Industry experience within dealership(s), and/or industry vendor(s)
  • Account and/or Client Management experience with proven track record of operational objectives consistently attained
  • At least 2 years comprehensive variable and fixed operations understanding of Dealership processes
