Job Summary
A publishing company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Performance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Retaining assigned client accounts in line with goals
- Managing engagements across assigned client base in line with daily goals
- Conducting phone engagements to ensure company product(s) are configured to customer processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 5 % of the Time
- Ability to clearly and effectively discuss technical issues with non-technical customer personnel
- Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of company product(s)
- At least 3 years Automotive Industry experience within dealership(s), and/or industry vendor(s)
- Account and/or Client Management experience with proven track record of operational objectives consistently attained
- At least 2 years comprehensive variable and fixed operations understanding of Dealership processes
