Doctoral course covering aspects of selection from job analysis, predictors, decision-making models, testing to interviewing and selection. Considers legal parameters and SIOP Principles for the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures and other personnel selection guidelines.
Requirements:
Doctorate in related field
3 to 5 years of University teaching experience; graduate teaching preferred
3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred
Online teaching experience strongly preferred
