Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Pharmaceutical Services Account Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Training new staff members and providing ongoing coaching to existing Account Management teams
- Developing and maintaining solid business relationships with region's clients
- Being responsible for financial goals of assigned territory
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Domestic travel of up to 40%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and job related experience required
- Ten (10) years' job related experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience managing and/or supervising a staff
