Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Pharmacy Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be directly accountable for sale closure on assigned Pharmacy opportunities
- Support other health plan staff in developing and evaluating pharmacy bids when not directly involved in the sale
- Work in close coordination with underwriting and other internal SMEs to build the most competitive offering for each opportunity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business or healthcare related field
- 10+ years relevant experience in a healthcare related field
- 5+ years experience in a direct sales or account management role
- Experience in a managed care pharmacy environment
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing pharmacy and medical claims data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
