An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting PIP Telephone Claims Representative Trainee I in the Albany Region.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Examining claims data
- Investigating the facts of loss
- Determining coverage and liability
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Obtain/Maintain appropriate licensing or educational requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in file audits to agreed standard of efficient claims quality
- High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
