Job Summary

A business solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Platform and Product Services Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide sales support, marketing support, and thought leadership content
  • Support the strategic direction of product development as well as service and process offerings
  • Provide workflow guidance and support across processing, review and production functions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to attend vendor meetings, seminars, and user group meetings inside and outside the company
  • BS/BA or equivalent degree required
  • Juris Doctor, paralegal degree, and PMP certification desired
  • 5+ years managing teams of teams and driving cross-organizational projects effectively
  • 3+ years of eDiscovery SME or related experience
