Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Predicive Analytics Senior Data Scientist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading analyses related to Customer Experience and Health Engagement strategy
  • Building models using state of the art machine learning methods
  • Evaluating the results using performance metrics

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Epidemiology, Math, Statistics, or in any technical field that provides a solid basis for analytics highly desired.
  • Excellent understanding/experience with advanced statistics or predictive modelling leveraging machine learning methods
  • Experience with statistical software such as SAS, R and other tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Python modules
  • Experience with Hive and database access languages
  • An understanding of probability distributions and basic statistics
