Job Summary
A cloud services company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Presales Solution Consultant .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide expertise, presentations, and Workday HCM product demonstrations throughout the sales process
- Leverage your deep full-suite HCM practitioner skills
Qualifications for this position include:
- Pre-sales / Sales Consulting experience with enterprise business solutions
- Industry experience in Higher Education or State and Local government
- Exceptional presentation skills, demoing HCM technology solutions in front of C-Level audiences, as well as technical and business audiences
- Strong technical and functional experience gained through roles as an HCM practitioner, trainer, and in business application implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Expert knowledge of Administrative systems specifically HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and HR Finance
