Job Summary

A clinical trial solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Principal Biostatistician in Waltham.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Write statistical methods section of the study protocol
• Review CRFs to ensure consistency with protocol and adequacy in collecting data
• Act as the lead statistician on clinical research projects

Required Skills:

• Represent statistical operations department at regulatory meetings, sponsor meetings, and any other multifunctional meetings
• Expertise in manipulating and analyzing SAS data
• Familiarity with clinical trial design and analysis activities and basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Excellent knowledge of statistical programming
• Master's degree in biostatistics or related field and 5 years experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Ability to identify data issues, present problems, and implement solutions
