Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Product Delivery Operations Clinical Data Base Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team of Senior Product Advisors
- Ensuring successful implementation of product with members
- Training and educating new advisors
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel 50% domestically
- 5+ years' experience in a clinical healthcare position involving operations management or patient-facing role (nursing, pharmacy, therapist, etc.), quality data/informatics, and/or healthcare software implementation and training (EPIC, Cerner, McKesson, etc.) required
- 3+ years direct supervision of 5+ team and associated performance evaluations
- Experience presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions
- Candidates must have experience with quality data sets (CMS, AHRQ, Core Measures) and performance improvement projects/initiatives
- Possess analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solving
