Job Summary

A travel solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Product Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Create and maintain documentation for product workflows and touch points
  • Serve as subject matter expert for defined proprietary and third-party solutions
  • Manage technical implementations of proprietary products or third-party non-online booking tool solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 plus years of experience in supporting a proprietary tool or hosted application
  • Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent
  • Familiar with Word and Powerpoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
