A construction software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Professional Services Manager in Portland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on sales support, product functionality and workflows, services revenue, and client satisfaction
- Maintaining customer-facing documentation, internal resources, and understanding product and technical aspects of company product
Position Requirements Include:
- Up to 50% travel
- 3-5 years of experience in training, sales, consulting and/or construction
- Ability to understand customer requirements and anticipate user needs
- Ability to sell value and make thoughtful suggestions to users to ensure their experience with company product is top notch
- Comfort speaking in public to a variety of different audiences
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Salesforce
