Job Summary

A construction software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Professional Services Manager in Portland.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Focusing on sales support, product functionality and workflows, services revenue, and client satisfaction
  • Maintaining customer-facing documentation, internal resources, and understanding product and technical aspects of company product

Position Requirements Include:

  • Up to 50% travel
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, sales, consulting and/or construction
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and anticipate user needs
