Job Summary

An information management company is seeking a Telecommuting Professional Services Technical Support Services Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and recommending solutions to issues
  • Assisting clients in writing business specs for custom processes
  • Act as project manager on assigned projects for implementations

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel Required: 33% +
  • 5+ years of experience working in an operations center at a bank or credit union
  • Deep understanding with Automic Automation Software and/or OpCon
  • Demonstrable experience helping clients solve business problems
  • The ability to deliver clear and prompt communication flow concerning client issues
  • Interpersonal skills, strong listening, written and oral communication skills
