An independent non-profit is seeking a Telecommuting Program Design Manager Director in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing instruction and scripting online and in-person tutorials to meet established learning objectives
- Developing content tools and resources
- Finding and summarizing the latest research in key content areas
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of four years of work experience
- Passion to work at an organization focused on ameliorating educational inequity
- Experience facilitating or building content to facilitate adult learning
- Exceptionally strong writing and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills with ability to build trusting relationships and buy-in in order to drive results
- High level of comfort taking and implementing feedback to improve the work
