Job Summary

A Manhattan non-profit social service organization providing a wide range of services for seniors has an open position for a Telework Program Director in Westchester, New York.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Program development and implementation
• Supervision
• Community relations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experienced not for profit leader with strong management skills and a history of working successfully with lay leaders
• Knowledge of the field of aging and volunteer management
• Possess a passion, warmth and sensitivity for the organization's mission
• Possess a deep understanding of Jewish values and the Westchester community
• Independent, self-directed, and highly motivated
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
