Job Summary

A Staffing Firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Project Expense Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Process ICIMs candidate expenses and direct deposits
  • Be a backup for the expenses team
  • Be a backup for Off-cycle changes for offer letters

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be in Washington State and willing to travel to Redmond Campus when needed for backoffice coverage or a project
  • Meet or exceed all KPI's for 6-month (average)
  • Not currently on a performance plan or verbal warning
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet timely or shortened deadlines
