Job Summary
A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Project Support Coordinator Administrator in Windsor Mill.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with various Program Mangers supporting CMS contracts
- Handling multiple tasks and timeframes while delivering high quality customer service
- Delivering high quality customer service interactions and consistent quality
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience of administrative/project support in professional services and/or consulting environment specifically CMS or HHS divisions
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related major or comparable professional work experience
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Experience working with federal policies specifically CMS and HHS; reviewing governance processes, and papers related to goals, objectives, and strategies considered required
- Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities/tasks
