Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Project Support Coordinator Administrator in Windsor Mill.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with various Program Mangers supporting CMS contracts
  • Handling multiple tasks and timeframes while delivering high quality customer service
  • Delivering high quality customer service interactions and consistent quality

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience of administrative/project support in professional services and/or consulting environment specifically CMS or HHS divisions
  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related major or comparable professional work experience
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Experience working with federal policies specifically CMS and HHS; reviewing governance processes, and papers related to goals, objectives, and strategies considered required
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities/tasks
