Job Summary

A provider of real estate services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Property Manager in the Sumter Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Handling daily tenant/owner questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Tracking and managing tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Collecting outstanding funds concerning tenant ledgers and HOA fines

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to perform inspections and visit properties as needed
• Active SC Real Estate license or Property Manager license
• 1 year experience in the property management field
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
