Job Summary
A travel management company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Proposal Bid Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Writing proposals, statements of work and create sales presentations
- Managing retention process for current clients including monitoring renewal
- Providing pricing quotes to sales team for approval and serve as subject matter expert in pricing models
Qualifications Include:
- Conduct research to target prospects and analyze competitive marketplace, travel service trends and industry events
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness
- 3+ years sales support experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships and interact effectively with key stakeholders
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
