Job Summary
Business management consultant needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Proposal Manager in Frederick.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating and managing proposals directed at U.S. Government organization customers
- Synthesizing Government and industry RFPs or other procurement and pre-procurement documents
- Preparing in advance for RFP releases
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work in Frederick office 2-3 days per week and travel according to business needs
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued security clearance
- 5-10 years of experience in proposal management
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to support several proposals simultaneously
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate intensive proposal development activities
