A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Proposal Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling all phases of winning contracts and grants
  • Writing compelling proposals for a variety of opportunities
  • Assisting with contract and grant administration tasks

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with the DoD, the “ARPA”s, Homeland Security, the DOJ, or the FBI
  • Experience managing contract and proposal pipelines
  • Experience finding and managing partners for proposals
  • Knowledge of Program of Records
  • Applied R&D proposal writing, such as through SBIR’s
