An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommuting Provider Alliance Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handling claims issues resolution and providing accuracy of provider directories
• Analyzing data
• Ensuring our operations fully support our commitment

Skills and Requirements Include:

• TravelYes, 25 % of the Time
• 5 years experience in data analysis
• 2 years project management or project lead experience
• knowledge of our contracting and operational processes
• 8 years experience working with a managed care organization or health insurer
• At least an intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
