Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommuting Provider Engagement Representative III in Lansing.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Promoting dentist adoption of technology solutions
• Educating providers by instructing and advising of the comprehensive policies and procedures
• Maintaining network participation by providing support to dentists and dental office managers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Own transportation for office and site visits 10% - 50% travel required, Valid driver's license require
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Managed Care experience
• Dental knowledge with 5 or more years of office experience
