Job Summary
A leader in the auto parts industry has an open position for a Telecommuting Puppet Ansible Linux Architect in Springfield.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing standards and technical documentation for existing theoretical design of systems
- Taking lead role on designing and approving designs of new systems or system integrations with third party packages
- Beginning to participates in the discussion surrounding the long-term technical direction of the department
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Understands how to establish the value and cost of an IT project
- Advanced understanding of change management and the change control process and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Project Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to lead and get results from others
- Ability to articulate advanced technical concepts and teach others
