Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommuting Python Applications Developer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participating in program design, coding, testing, and debugging
- Providing implementation and maintenance support for existing systems
- Diagnosing and resolving production system errors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Experience writing code in an object-oriented language via Python
- Basic Unix/Linux experience including the ability to schedule cronjobs, check logs, etc
- Experience in MVC web or mobile frameworks, especially Django or Flask
- Strong experience in database interaction, including SQLAlchemy and ANSI or Transact-SQL
