Job Summary

An internet company is in need of a Telecommuting Python Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building, supporting, and managing projects across the organization
• Designing, building, and managing scalable applications
• Contributing to our backend architecture as we grow

Qualifications Include:

• Have at least five years of software engineering experience, with at least two years being dedicated to working with Python
• Have a BA or a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Possess in-depth experience with primary Python constructs
• Be familiar with front-end build pipelines and tools and experience specifying and integrating with RESTful services
• Have prior experience in a test driven development environment and architecting large applications
• Understand the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architectures
