Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Quality Interventions and Compliance Senior Specialist in Oak Brook.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading quality improvement activities, meetings and discussions
• Evaluateing project/program activities and results to identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitoring and ensuring that key quality activities are completed on time

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare with minimum 2 years experience in health plan quality improvement, managed care or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio (flow chart equivalent)
• Demonstrated solid business writing experience
• Experience in working with CMS/NCQA audits and accreditations
• Extensive knowledge working in Quality, Interventions and Compliance
