Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Quality Management Specialist II.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate and manage key aspects of URAC and NCQA accreditation
- Conduct audits/internal assessments of clinical and operational activities
- Serve as a liaison to Health Plan clients related to clinical quality deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master’s Degree required in one of the following related fields: QM, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Statistics or RN with relevant QM or managed care experience
- 3-5 years Quality Management experience
- 5 years of experience in Utilization Management or Quality Management if not licensed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal staff and external providers
