Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Quality Management Specialist II.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate and manage key aspects of URAC and NCQA accreditation
  • Conduct audits/internal assessments of clinical and operational activities
  • Serve as a liaison to Health Plan clients related to clinical quality deliverables

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Master’s Degree required in one of the following related fields: QM, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Statistics or RN with relevant QM or managed care experience
  • 3-5 years Quality Management experience
  • 5 years of experience in Utilization Management or Quality Management if not licensed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal staff and external providers
