Job Summary

A realty company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Real Estate Instructional Designer in Madison.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing newly designed learning solutions
• Facilitating meetings to gather information required for design and development
• Developing training evaluation tools to measure results

Qualifications Include:

• Open to remote work a few days each week
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record of designing and developing learning solutions (work samples required)
• Experience developing both asynchronous and traditional classroom instruction
• Familiarity with eLearning development apps
