Job Summary
A real estate services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Real Estate Services Coordinator in Flowood.
Must be able to:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff
- Maintain tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, etc.
- Work with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- minimum of three years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
