Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Real Estate Staff Appraiser.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform residential appraisals for single-family attached and detached
- Develop meaningful, supported, and accurate value opinions on all appraisals assignments
- Analyze and evaluate market trends and provides meaningful conclusions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Maintain reliable means of transportation
- 5 years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
- Appraiser must hold an active license in good standing and maintain certification requirements
- Understands and adheres to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
- Maintains knowledge of technology to enhance efficiency both in the field and in the work environment
