Job Summary

A provider of staffing and recruitment solutions to its clients is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • High Volume recruiting experience
  • Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to hiring
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a similar recruiting role
  • Successful completion of background screening process
