Job Summary
A provider of staffing and recruitment solutions to its clients is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants
- Maintain relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Qualifications Include:
- High Volume recruiting experience
- Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
- Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to hiring
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
- A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a similar recruiting role
- Successful completion of background screening process
