A school is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Recruiter in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the development and execution of an multi-level recruiting strategy
- Implementing quality assurance
- Planning and managing assorted recruiting events
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel is required
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years recruiting experience,
- Experience executing major recruiting initiatives
- Home based office with equipment-including laptop, printer and dedicated phone with unlimited minutes
- Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals, while maintaining the highest levels of quality
